While running Move New MST out of Brickhouse gym in Coorparoo I’ve become a member of the BH family and moonlight as one of their personal trainers and group class instructors.

During my four years in this space I personally have gotten stronger, fitter, and healthier through the exceptional group classes, food awareness, little changes, community spirit, and ‘do no harm, but take no shit’, attitude fostered within its welcoming walls.

Research is constantly shedding lights on the benefits exercise has on every aspect of you physical and mental health. Sometimes what we need more than anything, to stay out of pain long term, is to lift some weights with some good mates.
