Pain & Discomfort
Never good to hear that someone is in pain, but never the less you’re in the right place.
The pain your experiencing might be in your lower back, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, neck, or anywhere else in the body. It could be a new pain, or old, with characteristics on a spectrum of constant to sporadic, deep to shallow, specific or global, with or without movement, or anything in between. It’s severity could range from a 1 - nothing at all, to a 10 - the most intense pain you’ve ever felt. Our first goal is to always deal with the most intense pain first, and work from there.
The most important thing in this time is to take note of, and try to avoid, any and all pain provoking movements.
This can be tough when just standing and breathing can be excruciating sometimes, but I trust you’ll do your best. Also note any pain reliving positions as these can be incredibly helpful diagnostic tools.
If it’s your first time here the best option is to book in for an initial consult and we’ll assess the muscles, joints, and nerves of the areas involved and see if we can piece together what’s causing you pain. Then take that information and build a road map for recovery.
