Sometimes what we need isn’t 1000 exercises to do everyday. Sometimes what we need is to do the one exercise correctly.
I’m a big fan of the expression ‘simple to learn, hard to master’. Learning how to move your body is simple, but how far has your mastery over the body advanced?
Trying to keep your core braced while controlling your breathing and keeping your palms up while moving them over head making sure your shoulders don’t get to involved with your heels squeezed together and me talking in your ear can already get quite complicated and overwhelming.
In these sessions we take the time to focus on one or two movements/exercises and do our best to strengthen your mind muscle connection and understand your body and strength on a deeper level.
